Ardit Lena is the director of Future Centre and a German language teacher with nine years of experience. He has spent seven of those years at Future Centre.
He completed his undergraduate studies in German at the “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University in Elbasan and earned a Master’s degree in Teaching from the University of Tirana between 2010 and 2012.
Currently, he serves as a German language lecturer at “EPOKA” University and is certified for the international TELC exam.
He advises students to study systematically, read, and listen attentively.
She completed her Master’s degree in Literary Studies (2010-2012) and served as a lecturer in the Department of Literature at the University of Elbasan (2012-2021). She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the Center for Albanological Studies (2012-present) and works at the National Library of Albania.
He completed his studies at the Faculty of Sciences from 2006 to 2009, majoring in Engineering. He has 15 years of work experience in various fields. Currently, he has been working as a Manager at Future Centre Academy for the past 2 years.

She completed her Bachelor’s studies in History at the Faculty of History and Philology during the years 2016-2019. She also completed her Master’s studies in International Relations at the same faculty during the years 2019-2021.
She has been part of Future Centre since 2021.
She completed her secondary education at ‘Sander Prosi’ School, Senatorium.
Currently, she is a third-year student in the ‘Pharmacy’ program at the Faculty of Medicine.
She is part of Future Centre starting from February 2024.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in German Language ‘Translation and Interpretation’ in 2015 from the University of Tirana, followed by a Master’s in Teaching German for Secondary Education. With over 5 years of experience in education, he has worked at ‘Fan Noli’ Elementary, ‘Adonis Education,’ and now at ‘Future Centre.’
Advice for students: discover your learning style first. Though challenging, German is not impossible.
She completed her studies in 2016 and in the same year, she started working at Universal Education Vlorë, where she stayed until 2023. During this time, she provided lessons from levels A1 to C1, both in groups and individually. Her experience includes developing and implementing effective teaching methods tailored to the different needs of students to help them achieve their goals in the German language. Since 2022, she has been part of Future Centre.
Renata, who studied Germanistik at “Luigj Gurakuqi” University from 1999 to 2003, has 10 years of experience and has been with Future Centre for 3 years. She values effective communication, mutual understanding, and collaboration.
Advice for students: Be attentive and interactive in class.
She completed a Master’s in English and has 22 years of experience teaching English. She has been with Future Centre for about 3 years. She values accuracy and positivity in the workplace.

Sonila, a German language teacher, completed her studies at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University, Elbasan, from 2002 to 2006. With over 16 years of teaching experience, she joined our staff in June 2023. She values a collaborative environment, modern technology, and opportunities for innovation.
Advice for students: Work systematically and focus on individual effort.
She has been teaching mathematics at Future Centre for 3 years. She earned her Bachelor’s (2015-2018) and Master’s in Mathematics (2019-2021) from the University of Tirana’s Faculty of Natural Sciences. She values professionalism and accuracy in her work.
Advice for students: Work diligently on your own to achieve your goals and don’t rely solely on class time.
She believes learning a foreign language, especially English, is the best investment for the future.
Blerta Bajrami completed her Bachelor’s studies in 2007-2010, as well as her Master’s studies in 2010-2012 at the Faculty of Foreign Languages in Tirana, specializing in German Language Teaching. She has 15 years of experience as a German language teacher and has worked for 1 year at our center.
Advice for students: German is not as difficult to learn as you may have heard people say, so trust me: you’ve made the right choice!
