In collaboration with the employment agency RE-ALIS, operating in Germany, we have launched an ambitious project to place Albanian nurses in several German hospitals. Success in this project involves German language training from beginner to B2 level, and several key stages, including applying, interviewing with German representatives, selecting nurses, and starting the course.

This process is supported by ongoing assistance from RE-ALIS partners and our academic staff, providing the necessary infrastructure for selection, timely documentation, and language exam preparation. B1 and B2 language exams are conducted at licensed centers, with costs covered by the hospitals. Upon arrival in Germany, nurses receive additional support to quickly adapt to their new home and workplace.
